I am all about documenting family life. Authentic, honest and joyful family photography for people who are after those family portraits that show the uniqueness of you and your children!
No posing required. I am based in Brighton & Hove, East Sussex, but also work all over London and surrounding areas!
I offer two types of family photography sessions:
Slice Of Life
My Slice Of Life photoshoot is designed to capture your family in a storytelling way. This is a relaxed, fun and informal photography session in which I focus on capturing your family portraits in the most authentic way possible. No posing required.
This photo session is approx. 1.5 to 2 hours long and takes place at your home and/or out and about. Together we will come up with a session plan that is perfect for you and your family.
I often try to plan this shoot around a family activity. This could be anything, from a trip to the beach or the South Downs, to going to the local playground, and depends on what you like doing as a family.
My goal is to document your family honestly and objectively with some gorgeous natural family portraits.
Morning In The Life
My Morning In The Life photoshoot is a detailed and in-depth documentary family photoshoot for families who are after those pictures that capture real family life.
Documentary Family Photography, also called Family Photojournalism, doesn't ask you to be anything you're not. This is just one of your normal Saturday or Sunday mornings, you just happen to have a photographer-friend there to artistically capture the true essence of your family life.
This 4 to 5 hours family photoshoot will cover your morning routines and traditions and allows time to capture those daily moments that make your family unique.
A morning walk along Hove seafront? Going to the playground? Having breakfast in your favourite cafe? A visit to Brighton Pier? My approach is a mixture of documentary and fine art family portraiture that will create a series of beautiful photos that tell the story of your family.
